After you submit the form, you will receive an email on how to purchase tickets along with FAQ & processes. 
 

All group members need to fill out a waiver. A guardian or parent must sign for minors. Please forward to all group members. You will not be able to get your tickets or redeem online tickets until all waivers have been signed.
