This role is perfect for students or first-time workers who enjoy being active, working with people, and being part of a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Team members rotate through a variety of positions and play an important role in keeping operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Greeting guests and taking/marking tickets
Running games and interacting with customers
Monitoring attractions, pumpkin patch, and activity areas
Helping maintain a safe environment (including enforcing rules—like keeping the corn where it belongs 🌽)
Assisting guests with directions, questions, and maze navigation
Selling merchandise and products
Cleaning and maintaining front-end and common areas
Unloading and staging pumpkins or supplies
Supporting general setup, teardown, and guest flow

We’re looking for friendly, outgoing, and dependable team members to provide exceptional customer service as part of our cashier team. In this role, you’ll help guests purchase admission tickets, food, and merchandise while creating a smooth and welcoming experience.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities may include:

Greeting guests and assisting with purchases (tickets, food, merchandise)
Operating cash registers and handling transactions accurately
Balancing cash drawers and following proper cash-handling procedures

Costume Manager

Job Summary

We’re looking for an energetic, organized, and creative individual to manage costumes and makeup for our haunt actors while supporting overall Haunted Trail operations. This role is a mix of leadership, coordination, and hands-on costume/makeup work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

You’ll play a key role in helping bring the haunt experience to life while ensuring actors are prepared, organized, and show-ready each night.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities may include:

Managing costume distribution, organization, and upkeep
Assisting haunt actors with costumes and select makeup applications
Overseeing actor readiness and pre-show preparation
Supervising clock-in and clock-out procedures for actors
Keeping costume and makeup areas clean, organized, and fully stocked
Supporting Haunted Trail operations, including opening and closing procedures
Assisting Haunt Managers with nightly coordination and flow
Enforcing company policies and maintaining a safe work environment
Developing a strong understanding of safety protocols and emergency procedures

We’re looking for certified EMTs to join our Safety Team and help ensure a safe and secure environment for both guests and staff. This role is focused on on-site medical response, injury prevention, and overall event safety.

This is a critical position that requires strong judgment, professionalism, and the ability to respond quickly in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities may include:

Providing first aid and emergency medical care as needed
Responding quickly to medical incidents and guest concerns
Assessing situations and determining appropriate care or escalation
Coordinating with management and, if needed, local emergency services
Monitoring attractions and crowd areas for safety risks
Assisting with incident reporting and documentation
Helping enforce safety rules and policies
Supporting overall security efforts to maintain a safe environment
Remaining visible and approachable for guests needing assistance
Maintaining and upkeep of attractions during operations

You’ll be assigned a character role and trained on how to perform scare sequences. We offer a variety of scare styles, and auditions help us place you in the role that fits you best.

No experience needed—just bring the energy and commitment!

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities may include:

Performing as a haunt character and delivering engaging scare experiences
Following assigned scare zones, timing, and character guidelines
Creating a fun, safe, and memorable experience for every guest
Staying in character throughout your shift
Monitoring your assigned area and reporting any issues with props, scenery, or guests
